4 stars because he hasn't heard it all?
OK, that's a new one by me. That's a weird way to rate a show...
Well, I've DL'd this and I've heard it all and the gentleman who came before me should come back and upgrade this to five stars. It's great early-era Derek Trucks Band -- about the time I got turned to to them. They opened for a lot of "where are they now?" acts, and little did they know...
This is a strong show in Austin, a community that knows GOOD music. So, DL it, listen to all of it, and then, like me, come back and give it the five stars it deserves.

I have just heard a few songs from this show, and they are pretty good. Derek's tone is somewhat dirty and his playing is exceptionally powerful on Chameleon, Dimples, and the final song Footprints (I think that is what it is). His playing has a feeling of urgency and emotion as he rips it up. I gave it only 4 stars because I haven't heard the entire show, but I am sure it is probably all good. I thought the sound quality was good too.
